Hi Tom,

You don't mention what version of JMP you are using, or on what OS. If it is a recent version on Windows, try using the "All Files" filter on File Open, point it to the XLSB and see if it will open. JMP uses a 3rd party engine to open these files. It didn't used to open XLSB, but can handle some cases of it now.

My system is Windows 10 Pro with all updates.

I use JMP Pro 14.2 64 bit.

I tried opening with "All files" - no success.

OK, I'm sorry to hear that but not surprised. Until the vendor that we use fully supports XLSB, the only recourse will be to open the file in Excel and save as XLSX or XLSM.
