      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does/Did anyone have the similar issue with scoll bar? everytime I drag the scroll bar, it keep rolling slowly for a long time after I release the mouse... make the work&amp;nbsp;much harder...&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This was reported in earlier versions of Windows but I have not heard of this in Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; Are you scrolling a data table or some other report window?&amp;nbsp; It would be&amp;nbsp;useful&amp;nbsp;to know if it always happens, or only with certain tables/reports.&amp;nbsp; Also, are you dragging the scroll slider, clicking the up/down buttons, or using the scroll wheel?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
