Hi everyone,

New to the forum. I've been using JMP for a while now and I have encountered my first problem. Maybe it's not a problem to any of you, but I don't know how to run a non-parametric test on a mixed model. My understanding through the fit model platform is that this is a parametric method. However, there is no way to transform my data. I have a response, y, a fixed factor, and a random factor. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Tyler

Hi Tyler. I'm not clear what you are trying to do. What is the non-parametric test that you want to run? Also what transformation of your data do you need?
Regards,
Phil
