JMP Pro 13 unexpectedly quit while reopening windows

I gained the copy of JMP from the university as a student for about one year. It worked fine until this week when it keeps failing to open. I am using Mac OS Mojave.

When I open JMP, it shows "The last time you opened JMP, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?" And lets me choose "Reopen" or "Do not reopen".

Then I click "Reopen", it shows "JMP quit unexpectedly the last time it was used." And lets me choose "Continue" or "Send Report to JMP".

Whichever I click, it then shows "JMP quit unexpectedly." and lets me choose "Report", "Reopen" or "Ignore".

When I choose "Report" or "Ignore", it then quits. When I choose "Reopen", it goes back to the first window that "The last time you opened JMP, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?" So that it becomes a loop.

I don't think it is a license expiration situation, becaus I had it before, and at that time I was able to open JMP and renew my license. I found this note from SAS support (http://www.jmp.com/support/notes/44/128.html), saying that I can try to delete two files in the library. I could not locate the 2nd file, and after I deleted the 1st file the situation did not change.

Does anyone have similar experience before?

I was checking JMP system requirements. (https://www.jmp.com/en_us/support/system-requirements.html#macintosh)
Mac Mojave (10.14) does not show up in the list. Could it be incompatibility with Mojave?

I've had this exact same issue since updating my computer about a week ago (didn't put two and two together though). I am currently a student at a university with the proper licences and running into the same loop issue. Have emailed to ask for help fixing the problem as suggested below. Thank you for the thread

I emailed support@jmp.com as per Jim's suggestion. The reply from JMP support team confirms that it is indeed incompatibility between JMP 13 and Mac OS Majove.

Their recommendation: update to JMP 14.1.

Thank you for the reply! It looks like I can't update to JMP 14.0 as the university doesn't have the licence online yet. I attempted the work around and found I can no open JMP! Thank you for providing this information :D
