JMP does not provide these indexes.

The Rothman synergy index is based on the relative excess risk due to an interaction with risk factors. It is computed from the relative risk estimates that use separate analyses of the cases with and without risk factors. JMP would build a linear model instead with a term for each risk factor and other terms for each interaction effect and model the data together. The model can be used to test for significant effects and provide odds ratios and other interpretative information (e.g., profiling).

The computation could be scripted in JMP. Various sources of information, such as this paper, that describe the computation are available.

Can JMP 13.2 software calculate the synergy index, including Rothman's synergy index,Khoury's synergy
index and relative excess risk? How to calculate the synergy index between one continuous factor and other classical risk factors, such as age, sex, tumor size. Thank you very much!!
