How do I move labels to bottom of bar in graph builder

Currently the value labels are on the top of the bar and I need them to be on the bottom of the bar. Anyway to move them?

I do not know of a method in a Graph Builder Bar Chart to move the labels from the top of the bars to the

bottom. However, there are 2 methods I can think of that would get the task done. The first is to use Value

Labels for the X axis column, specifying the label value that would be at the top of the bar, as the Value Label value for that group.

The other method would be to Right Click on the graph and select Customize, and add the graphics script to the graph, with the stat values for the bars.
