I expect you need one as Y and one as an input. Take a look in the sample data under help and look for SeriesJ data. It contains a table script that will launch time series with a transfer function.

I have two pre-whitened series and I want to do a transfer function analysis on them using JMP 13. The docs say there is one, but I can't find it. It's not under analyze > speciailized modeling or the trangle menu for time series. Where can I find it?

I found it under the triangle menu for a series, but it's greyed-out. Specifically, I cut/paste both predicted series into a dataset, Invoked time series, put both series in the Y variables and got the analysis. So not sure how to proceed to enable the analysis.
