&lt;P&gt;I think you should find the capabilities for this as part of JMP's Reliability and Survival methods. Have a look in Help &amp;gt; Books &amp;gt; Reliability and Survival Methods. In particular Life Distributions &amp;gt; Competing Cause Report might be what you are looking for.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The "Blenders" sample data file in JMP has an example of competing cause analysis.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
