I have a 1-year JMP academic license, and recently bought a new computer. I tried to transfer JMP from my old computer, but it will not load and says it has not been installed properly. I cannot find any info on the JMP website to help. I have the serial #, but there's no prompt for it.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Well you could try downloading a copy to the new computer and then entering the SN. I would call JMP support for help.
