Unable to access my.jmp.com to download JMP Pro (Connection fails completely)

Hi everyone,
I'm currently trying to download JMP Pro, but I am completely unable to access the software portal.
Initially, I tried to use the direct download link (https://my.jmp.com/jmpportal/s/download-jmp-pro), but it didn't work. Then I realized that even the main portal URL (https://my.jmp.com/) won't load or connect at all.
I have tried using a US VPN node, but the page still refuses to load. Interestingly, I can access this JMP Community site without any issues.
Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Is there an alternative way or a direct link to download the JMP Pro installer?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
