I moved to JMP because Prism cannot do a two way ANOVA on nested data but I cannot figure out how to run this analysis.</P> <P>I have 4 experimental groups (WT SHAM, KO SHAM, WT OVX, KO OVX) across two factors (genotype (WT/KO) and surgery (SHAM/OVX)) but I don't know how to add these variables prior to running analyses. For each animal in each condition I have 6-15 cells.
