Can't JMP 19 use the mouse wheel to control the vertical scroll bar of the table to move up and down?

JMP 18 is normal, but I didn't succeed using JMP 19.1.0.
64-bit Windows 11 Simplified Chinese version system.

I haven't had any issues which would prevent me from just scrolling in JMP. Can you scroll normally in other applications?

We haven't heard of others having problems with scrolling between JMP 18 and 19. Since you appear to be running with Chinese are you by chance using a third-party IME? I am not aware of IMEs interfering with scrolling but if it does try to "assist" with that, perhaps its using an older API. In JMP 19, we are using newer text input APIs and some third-party IME apps have compatibility issues. To see if that's the issue, you can try changing Preferences > Windows Specific and check [x] Use legacy text input processing. You'll need to close and re-open the window to see if it makes a difference. It's probably best to restart JMP if you try that preference. It may be a long-shot but is something to try out.

My mouse was set to scroll the mouse wheel to "one screen at a time", and at this point, JMP 19 was abnormal.But it's normal in JMP 18

The mouse was set to scroll the mouse wheel to "multiple lines at once". Here, the vertical scroll bar of JMP 19 is normal.

Knowing the Windows setting which made a difference really helps. Thank you for pinpointing that. I am seeing the same issue here and we'll investigate.
