Why won't both of my tables show on available tables for query builder

I am trying to do JMP Query Builder and one of my tables shows up but when I click on JMP open and open another table so I can join the two, it won't appear under the available tables. I am new to this, so I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. Any help asap would be greatly appreciated!

I think you can make the tables visible if you open them BEFORE you launch Query Builder. Even the Open within Query Builder doesn't seem to make them visible directly to Query Builder. Also, did you attach incorrect image?

@briancorcoran is there some issue with Query Builder not dynamically updating new JMP tables to the list (I'm currently using JMP18.2.1)?

Hi,

You don't mention what kind of database you are access, or the OS and ODBC driver (if any) that you are using. I would contact support@jmp.com with the details. It may be, in the case of something like Oracle, that you need to enable System tables. It may also be a permissions issue.

Issue I had with new JMP tables being loaded to Query Builder seems to be fixed in JMP19 (maybe even in JMP18.2.2 but I cannot test that).
