    <description>&lt;P&gt;Jed,&amp;nbsp; thank you for taking the time to create the GIF.&amp;nbsp; I am running V18.0.1 so I'm betting that's the problem.&amp;nbsp; I'm doing the same thing you are, but it doesn't give anywhere near the same answers.&amp;nbsp; I've downloaded the update and just need to find my company's procedure for installing it so I don't brick my laptop!&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Making the 'automatic peak finding' work (JMP Pro V18)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have data with&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;U&gt;very&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;clear peaks as in the image below.&amp;nbsp; However, if I try and use the 'automatic peak finding' It identifies the right number of peaks, but they're all the same with start / stop as the beginning and end of the data for every peak.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you verify that you are on the most recent version of JMP 18 (18.2.2)? The reason I ask is that my version also has an 'Automatic Peak Removal' button that your screenshot doesn't. The GIF below is how I made the automatic peak detection work with your data.&lt;/P&gt;
