Thanks in advance for your help.

I have an event history for Product1 (worth a few years).

I have another product history (Product2) of just one year.

Question:

How do we estimate the probability Product2 resembles Product1 as time goes by?

Is there a method/theory that can be used for such an analysis?

If so, can we do the analysis in JMP?

Thanks for responding. Good question. In the plot below, blue is Product1, and red is Product2. The question is: would the signal arise in the future for Product2 as Product1 did?

So it would be part of my question:

How can we create a metric of "resemblance", a metric that can measure the "rise", both in statistic term, associated with some probability. All center around answering the main question.

I do not have enough stats knowledge to know if there are tools exist to answer my question.
