How to filter a group of columns by a defined list of selection

Hi JMP community,

I'd like to filter a group of columns in a table based on the "Response Screening" results, which provided a list of statistically significant markers of interest with p and FDR values, e.g., the top 20 significant markers. And the "Response Screening" result was embedded and saved in the data table. How can I filter the 20 columns in the data table, where the column names match the marker names in the list of selection (one marker, one column)? Many thanks!

You can use the 'Select Columns' option in the report for Response Screening:

Hi Ben,

Thanks so much for your prompt help! I tried, but it didn't work out for me.

I filtered the Response Screening table by the FDR logworth > 14, and none of the columns were selected in the original table. Did I do anything not correctly?

Hi @qunw ,

You have to do the 'Select Where' first, press 'OK', then click the 'Select Columns' to have it reflected in the data table.
