Why can I not see the edit bar/analyze option

I am unable to edit any data table. It does not show the edit bar at the top so therefore I cannot create graphs/ use the analyze tab

What JMP version are you using?

In JMP 15 and earlier, the pull down menus were minimized behind either a bar across the top of the display window, or else a bar with three dots on it. When the bar is clicked on, the pull down menus appear.

@SymetricFrog342 and @txnelson , I seem to remember that there is an option in preferences to hide it or not? Or am I making that up?

@SymetricFrog342 If you are on Windows, navigate in JMP to File -> Preferences -> Windows Specific and check the settings for Auto-hide menu and toolbar if this is set to Always or Based on Windows Size. If you change the setting to Never the menu is always present.
