Method to update a data table from a csv file

Using the Excel import tool you can set-up a JMP Data Table with embedded scripts that you can update from the source file as extra information is added (i.e. refresh the data while keeping the embedded table scripts).

Are there any inbuild ways akin to "Update Table(1)" to achieve this?

I don't think any JMP's "auto-scripted" methods are able to do this but you can create a script to do it. Depending on your data you could maybe use open + concatenate + select duplicates + delete or possibly open + join.
