&lt;P&gt;The Fit Curve dissolution platform retains the samples that are exceeding the 85% dissolution limit&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;but&lt;/EM&gt; the yellow highlighting and the notes will warn you that the data is likely not appropriate for use of estimation of F2 values and you should consider changing the scope of the dissolution study you've performed to avoid encountering multiple samples &amp;gt;85% dissolution.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have not been able to find if the bootstrap f2 test applies the more than 85% dissolution discarding rule or it only signals these values in yellow. Does anyone know?&lt;/P&gt;
