      <title>Test for association between binary observations</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm looking for a measure of association between 2 different lesions in a population of fish. It is the paired observations I'm interested in - whether the lesions occur together in the same fish or not, not just overall proportions vs expected (I don't know what would be expected). What would be a an appropriate test?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good question&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.jmp.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/10440"&gt;@fishguy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;: JMP has an option for that. It is called Bowker's Test in JMP (referred to as McNemar's Test for 2x2 Tables).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
