Can I enable Github Copilot in the JSL and Python Editor of JMP?

No. But maybe you can utilize it with VS Code and JSL extension.

In a few months the era of programmers who know 100s of tricks will be over.
It will be the era of programmers with creative ideas - maybe little programming skills
- and the help of a Copilot : )

Visual Studio Code which does have Github Copilot support and has JSL extension (it is called JSL: JMP Scripting and developed by Predictum).

This works for JSL code, but how about Python?

For pure python it works fine, but for Python in JMP you could for example contact the developers and ask if it is possible to implement that (or see if you could implement it yourself and make a request for it to be added to that extension).
