I'm a Mac user, and JMP is great on Mac. However, I wanted to run the Windows version on my Mac under Parallels. I have an M4 Mac Pro, and I am running the latest Parallels version (20.2.1) and Windows 11 with all the lates updates. I installed JMP Pro Windows successfully. But when I try to open it, I get a blue rotating icon, then nothing. What could I be doing wrong? I'm not very familiar with Windows.

P.S. When I open Task Manager and look at App History, jmp is there but it says CPU time is like 8 seconds, and that's all.

I also had trouble getting JMP 18 to run on my MacBook Pro M1 using Parallels/Windows 11. Wasn't able to sort it out.

@john_madden ,

Currently ARM processors are not supported for Windows in JMP 18 and it looks like this has not changed for JMP 19.

https://community.jmp.com/t5/Support-Library/JMP-System-Requirements-Windows/ta-p/634109

You might take a look at x86_64 emulation on Parallels to see if that helps.
