Hello,

To create a wafer map you can give X and Y coordinates of die and then plot them using graph builder and you could use heatmaps to highlight defects for example.

I will point you to the JMP Addin called the Semiconductor Toolkit. It can be found under the File Exchange option at the top of this webpage.
