    <description>&lt;P&gt;If I get a notice that I have 5 alarms, and I click on my user ID to go to them, it just resets the alarm count to zero, even if I don't read any of the alarms, or if I read one or two of them.&amp;nbsp; The count should be adjusted only when an alarm is read for the first time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
