Differing solutions when manually coding my interaction effects versus adding them through the cross option in the fitting models dialogue-box.

Dear potential saviors Recently I've had some inconsistencies in JMP depending on how I exactly tackle the problem. When I manually code the interaction of a numerical variable and a dummy variable (i.e. I multiply them), I do not get the same solution as when I just specify in the fit model box that I want to cross these effects. How to change the box-colour of SPC charts (Levey-Jennings) for all subgroup

Deselecting portion of contour plot

I've accidentally clicked a portion of a contour plot and the text is bolded with the box having stripes across it. How do I deselect this portion of the contour plot? Right clicking to Deselect didn't seem to do anything, and the annoying thing is that when I try to copy the graph as a graphic, the image shows the highlighted/selected box with the bolded text and the striped box.
